Japanese cuisine is known to its healthiness and beautiful presentation of dishes. And it's getting more and more popular all over the world.
Wouldn't it be interesting if you could learn how to cook Japanese food? If so, why don't you join in our class at Akasaka Beverage Cooking School?
You can learn delicious and healthy Japanese cooking from basic dishes to professional ones.

You have lessons in English. Date, time and lesson style (private or small group with your friends) are flexible.
And in one lesson, you learn 3 - 4 dishes. (you can choose menu from the following courses)

【Menu】

(A) How to cook rice (using pan)
Teriyaki (fish or chicken)
Goma-ae&Shira-ae (vegetable with sesame dressing & tofu dressing)
Chawan-mushi
(B) How to prepare Vinegared rice
Sushi roll ( avocado and tuna & ham )
Sui-mono (clear soup)
Salad with ponzu&mayonnaise sauce
(C) How to make Udon noodles
Tempura
Marinated fish

※ In each course, you learn how to make Dashi (Japanese basic stock).

Lesson time : for 2 - 3 hours
Lesson fee : 8,000 yen (not including ingredients fee)
